Are you PAT tested?
Yes. All our electrical kit is PAT tested every year; certificates are available at our online documentation page.
Do you have Public Liability and Food Hygiene certificates?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance up to £10 million and staff food-hygiene certification. We can supply certificates and RAMS for your venue. And are available to download from our documentation page
Do you only need a normal 13A plug?
Yes. Each pan needs a standard 13A socket (one per pan). We’ll confirm power requirements on booking and can advise if power is limited.
How much space do you need for the cart and setup?
A small 1.5m × 2m area per cart is usually enough, . We’ll confirm exact layout with your floor plan.
Do you cover events nationwide?
Yes. We operate across the UK. Travel is included in your quote. Although it is charged extra.
Can you cater for vegan/dairy-free and gluten-free?
Yes. We offer vegan/dairy-free options and handle gluten-free with separate utensils and pans to avoid cross-contamination as far as possible.
Can we add our branding to the carts, cups, and edible logo wafers?
Yes. Everything can be branded. We provide print templates and handle the production for you
How many people can you serve per hour?
Around 60–75 guests per pan per hour. We add extra pans to hit higher volume
